1. Returns Eligibility

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a successful return, your items must be unused, unsealed, in the exact same pristine condition that you received them, and strictly in the original box packaging.

2. Processing Your Refund

Once we receive your returned package at our hub, we will inspect it carefully and immediately notify you of the status. If your return is officially approved, we will initiate a prompt refund to your original payment method (Credit Card/Payoneer).

3. Return Shipping Costs

You will be completely responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
